Throughout her career, Wendy has excelled in hiring, managing and training staff in both healthcare and human services, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring streamlined operational outcomes.

Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has actively contributed to her community by serving on numerous Chamber of Commerce and business committees. Her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of people of all ages has been the guiding force behind her professional journey.

Since moving to Baldwin County in 2020, Wendy has embraced the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking and traveling to Ohio with her husband to visit their four adult children and their families.
